Do you sell direct to the public?
We do not sell directly to the public. Our range of light fittings is available through lighting retailers throughout Australia. For details of your nearest distributor, please contact sales@elementlighting.com.au
How can I become your wholesale customer?
Wholesale applications require approval before you can purchase to ensure
you meet the wholesale criteria. Please submit “Wholesale Registration Form” via our website. We will get back to you within 2 days.
Are your lighting products compliant with Standards Australia Approval?
Yes, all our lighting products meet the required industry standards and certifications for safety and performance.
What kind of payment do you accept?
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card at no extra cost
How can my business obtain Credit Terms with Element Lighting?
New customer without an account history, prepayment via Credit Card or EFT is required before goods are dispatched.
Customers with an account history for 3 months, who wish to apply for credit terms, can complete a credit application form for approval.
How do I place an order?
Once wholesale application approved, you can either place an order by logged in into our website or email sales@elementlighting.com.au
We recommend using our website for the best experience. It allows you to track your order and access all your order details conveniently through your customer portal.
How much is the shipping cost?
We currently offering free shipping in Australia on all orders over $100.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours from receipt of order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. Our typical delivery time is around 3-5 business days
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer pickup service. No worries, we currently offering free shipping on all orders over $100.
Do you accept returns on change-of-mind?
We do not accept returns on change-of-mind.
We may accept return request within 30 days of receiving your order & 30% restocking fee applies.
The item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories so it can be resold. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return freight charges. Once your return is approved, the item(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days of approval Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by provider.
What if I received damaged or faulty goods?
You must inspect the Goods on delivery and notify us within 14 days of delivery via “sales@elementlighting.com.au’ of any evident defect/ damage, including photos of both item and packaging. We will investigate and get back to you within 2 business days.
What Warranty do you offer?
We offer 2-Years replacement warranty from the date of purchase. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, you may be entitled to replacement parts or a replacement product.
